½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream
¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

Mix Coffee Drop Espresso Concentrate with hot water in a bowl and let cool. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for 1-2 seconds and arrange them in a serving dish. In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers. Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
