Ingredients List

2 teaspoons Coffee Drop Espresso Concentrate (10 ml)
½ cup (120 ml) hot water
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
½ cup (120 ml) butter, melted
2 eggs
½ cup (120 ml) milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup (100 g) brown sugar (for crumble topping)
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • Mix Coffee Drop Espresso Concentrate with hot water and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  • Gradually add the coffee mixture and milk, alternating with dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • For the crumble topping, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
